Chicken Jackets

I did this batch in fall of 2012. For some odd reason, only my white leghorns were getting picked on, to the point of blood. I decided to put on the jackets, they loved them and the others were scared! They started growing back in 2 days

I am llooking for the videos of the chicken jackets. How wide are the jackets? Do they flap up in the wind if they are only secured around the wings?
